Used to love Chums. Latest update took away notifications, so you dont know when your opponent has played or left you a message, resulting in losses. Yes, I went to settings & badges and banners are set to ON. Boo to the upgrade

I downloaded the update and now the game wont open. Bah humbug.

Cant open on my iPad anymore, what happened? Please fix the bug .

A 5 star game all the way - great graphics, social, makes you think - and learn. Tonight there seems to be a glitch - not loading properly - shuts down before loading is completed. Would normally write in a question from within the game, but not able to do so tonight. Hope it is remedied soon.

Lately it keeps crashing. The app wont open tried 50+ times. Rebooted the phone and also reset the phone no luck.

All of a sudden, I cannot open this app, was playing earlier, stopped, two hours later, starts to open, then goes back to app screen. Apple 6 IPhone.

By far, my favorite game! But it will not load. So frustrated. Please help! Normally, 5 stars. Love so much about it. But if I cannot play it, I must rate it 1 star.

Changing rating from 5 stars to 1. Game is now broken with continuous logon where games fails to launch. App support says std message of not aware of any issue. Judging by 1 star reviews now, they may become aware. Old 5 star review: Doesnt require that I use Facebook acct and allows playing with random opponents. Great game for scrabble fans. I paid for ad free. Free version was good too, but I like the unlimited bot chums with paid version. Best game since , and maybe including, the now extinct bookworm heroes. Love that it provides word definitions. Highly recommend they treat as invalid words that have no found definition, but they find word

It now will not open. I play it everyday and now it wont open so I guess Im done.

Since up dating my iPad, I can no longer open this app. It also messes up the background on my home screen. I enjoy using this app, please fix ASAP!

Frustrated after the install, can t access my games anymore!!!!

Id give this app 5 stars but some glitch started happening today that makes the game force close whenever I try to open it on my iPhone 7+. Please please fix this so I can update my review with 5 stars.

Your latest update has affected log in on the iPhone 6 and 7 models. It does a repeat log in over and over. Kicks the user out to the icon every time its tapped on. It cant be played PERIOD. Hurry up before we all lose our current games!!!!

Love the game but can no longer play it! Will not stay open on iPhone.

I click on the link, it looks like it will open and then goes back to original page.

This is a fun game and I love the little Avatars. Even when you lose they make it fun. Well for months now they have had ads in the upper corner even when I reminded them I purchased it. For the last 2 days I have had trouble loading it!

My favorite word game -- but the last update is causing problems. The game wont come up at all -- no matter how many times the icon is tapped. DO SOMETHING. PLEASE!!!
